How do we collect personal information?
We collect personal information directly from you. The means initially is by a request for information being sent directly to us either by phone, fax, email or through a website request. This information is added to our database for future catalogue mailings and direct email newsletters unless specified otherwise by you.

We are required by law to obtain your consent to collect sensitive" information. Unless stated otherwise by you, we assume your consent to the collection of information as provided by you.

What information do we collect?
There are several methods of collecting information; catalogue requests, adventure registration details and post adventure evaluation information.

For a specific catalogue request you would provide your name and address with the option of passing along further contact information and information on how you found us. You also have the option to request that no further communication be sent to you via email.

When reserving an adventure with us, we will ask that you provide us with direct contact information, dietary requirements, past and present medical concerns relevant to travelling with us, credit card information for deposit and payment of your adventure, emergency contact information and any further information you provide us with. If you ask us to make a hotel reservation, car rental reservation or other provide another service before or after your adventure with us, we may disclose information to the third party for related purposes only.

We may also collect information by way of an evaluation form if you have participated on one of our adventures. This information is used by us to focus on your feedback provided to assist us in current handling and direct future development. We may also use the information for marketing purposes i.e. Quotes. We reserve the right to publish submissions to our Photo Contest and Writing Contest unless otherwise stated.

We will never share or sell your information!

The information provided to us is used for our purposes only and will be available to employees managing the information and to bonded service providers relating directly to our adventures.

Access/Correction of Personal Information and Opt-Out Procedures

Security of Information
Extreme Ireland has implemented the appropriate physical, electronic and managerial security procedures in order to protect personal information from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.
