Keith is one of the founders of Extreme Ireland. He has travelled and hiked extensively around the world, but his heart remains in Ireland.
When he was growing up, all his holidays were in Ireland, usually involved squashing all the kids (6 in all, no television in the house back then!) in the car, and sleeping in a caravan. This is where he got his love for Ireland, where he experienced first-hand the diversity this beautiful country has to offer.
Keith can be seen every weekend climbing up some bog-ridden mountain in Ireland, the places where most people think they can't go!
Even though he is the owner of Extreme Ireland he loves to lead certain tours. Every year he guides the Slovenia tour up mount Triglav and regularly teaches the mountain skills courses.
Dewald is originally from south Africa but has being living in Ireland so long that he is practically Irish. He has being in Ireland so long that he is practically Irish and he has definitely visited more of the island than your average Irish person. Dewald guides many of our multiday tours and specialises in putting bespoke itineraries together for clients. He is a trained guide and loves to explore the Irish country side. His knowledge of Irish history would put most of us natives to shame.
Noel Maguire guides many of our walking tours and his personal relaxed character puts his clients at ease. He is responsible and enthusiastic and makes sure that everbody travelling with him has an experience that will stay with them for a lifetime. Noel has proved himself to be an excellent guide and all his guests rave about their experience on tour with him
When they made Bud they broke the mold! You can not meet a nicer person. He goes out of his way to give his passenger the best experience possible singing balads telling stories and philosiphising on life and still giving all the relevant information on sites visited. Bud believes that even though he might have visited many locations many times it is the first time for his passengers to visit these highlights and it is his duty to give them the best experience possible
